I called reception for admission for my wife @8am for paratitis treatment and got prompt response from Mrs.Sumedha Joglekar on call about which doctor to consult and when to come. All members on reception desks are very cooperative. Secondly after getting admitted, it was pleasant experience from shift doctors and nursing staff. All are caring one including housekeeping. Hospital rooms are very clean and well maintained. Toilet/bathroom in special room are very clean and won't feel you are in hospital. Everyday feedback is taken about services provided by nursing and housekeeping staff. Expert doctors team is available for any Health issues supported with cashless insurance facility. Only issue observed is canteen food quality and services, that needs to be improved.
